Postage And Delivery Costs

*COVID PANDEMIC UPDATE*

*Due to the Covid pandemic we are unable to guarantee delivery periods as stated on our shipping policy. We will not refund postage due to late delivery by Royal Mail , DHL, or local postal service. If you are unhappy with the length of time your parcel has taken to arrive then you need to discuss this with Royal Mail, DHL or your local postal service if outside of UK. We dispatch all our parcels on day of ordering (if ordered before 3pm) and the next available working day (mon-fri) with exemption of bank holidays.

For your peace of mind, all our orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked. You will be notified via email on the day of dispatch with the tracking number for your parcel. The exception to this is our DHL International courier service which is tracked and signed.

UK Customers: – Delivery Times
Delivery policy, we aim to deliver within the UK in 5 working days of ordering unless you have agreed to a backorder.

BACKORDERS.

If you have agreed to a backorder then your items will be dispatched by 1st class delivery if in UK or express tracked service if you are overseas, as soon as the items come back in stock.

If we are running any postage offers where the postage is FREE OF CHARGE, orders are posted second class (3-5 days).

You can choose to have your garments posted by First Class Post (2 days service) or Second Class Post (3-5 days service) both methods are subject to Royal Mail Postage Rules and Regulations. For your peace of mind, all UK orders are sent Royal Mail tracked.

All items are packaged and posted by 3.00pm (UK Time) on the day of order. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be posted the next working day. Working days are Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

International Customers:

Local taxes and duties: All orders are shipped directly from the UK. In February 2020 the UK left the EU, resulting in all orders to EU countries being required to pay import duties and/or local vat taxes once your order arrives at its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. For further detail we suggest that you check import duties, customs and local sales taxes with your postal service and/or local customs office before placing your order. PLEASE NOTE in March 2016 USA import tax De Minimis limit was raised to $800. This now means you can now order up to $800 online without paying any import tax (duty).

We will do our best to make sure that your order reaches you on time but given the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit (for our European customers), your order may take longer to reach you than usual. We appreciate your patience during this time.

European shipping is currently experiencing delays up to 2 weeks.

For Shipping and VAT reasons, the SHIPPING ADDRESS is the deemed the consumers address and as such will be included in the cost calculations.

*Please note that in remote parts of Australia shipping could be up to 20 working days and there are problems with long delays in Canadian customs.

** Please note that Express Courier orders have to be placed before 10.00am to be dispatched that day due to collection restrictions from the courier firm. Orders placed after 10.00 will be dispatched the next working day.
